How event registration information is used

MIE ERA Foundation collects the information needed to review registration, manage capacity, communicate event instructions, record attendance, issue certificates, complete promised follow-up and measure programme outcomes.

Information collected

Registration and contact details, education information, learning interests, consent choices, campaign source and participation outcomes may be recorded. For participants under 18, limited parent or guardian information is collected for event administration and safety.

Future updates

Consent for future learning and programme updates is optional. It is separate from the consent required to administer an activity.

Access and disclosure

Authorized programme staff may access participant records where required for their work. Marketing reporting uses aggregate campaign results and should not include guardian or unnecessary personal information. Approved evidence may be shared internally for institutional reporting.

Participants may request correction of registration or certificate information by contacting registration@mieera.in or calling +91 8115669222.

Photography

Photography consent is not assumed through online registration. Where photographs are planned, consent is recorded separately for the event.
